CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL
Under the "corporate" vertical, the firm provides general advisory to its clients on the various transactional and corporate related issues. Advice on establishing of companies, strategising of joint-ventures in India both with local and foreign partner whilst ensuring compliance under the foreign exchange laws, drafting of various corporate and transactional documents (viz. the charter documents of a company, shareholders agreements, share-subscription agreements, share-purchase agreements), advise on foreign investment (both inbound and outbound), liasioning at the various government departments (viz. the Reserve Bank of India, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Foreign Investment Promotion Board, Secretariat of Industrial Assistance, etc.) are just a few of the services we offer to our clients under this vertical. Under the "real estate" vertical, the firm provide services like opinion on title to property, departmental searches, drafting of various transactional documents (viz. deeds of sale, joint-development agreements, lease, mortgage, license, exchange etc.), due-diligencing of title, registration and stamp-duty related advise, liasioning with the registration and other departments of the government, panchayat, municipal councils, tahsildars etc., and all other related services.
